This 'mad man' was arrested at Asaba, Delta state with a bag full of used baby pampers. He collects them from people's waste bin in the guise of scavenging for food. On interrogation, he confessed he sells them to his client in Ogun state Nigeria.
Indeed what a wicked world we are Living the world is no longer normal only God can tell the heart of men.
