TODAY'S SCRIPTURES: PSALM113.
TOPIC:
THY KINGDOM COME.
TEXT: " Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." Matthew 6 :10.
Our Lord Jesus taught us to always pray for God's Kingdom to come.
By implication; what it means is that the influence of God's reign should increase immensely.
The prophet Isaiah prophesied that of the increase of His government there shall be no end (Isaiah 9 :7).
The primary duty of every believer is to see to it that His Kingdom comes.
His Kingdom is ridiculousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14 :17).
God wants His righteousness, peace and joy to cover the whole earth as the waters covers the sea, and the requirements through which this agenda will be fulfilled is for the believer to align with God both in his prayer life and in all he does with all in his possession of in life.
When His Kingdom comes, His will find expression on this earth.
Make a resolve today to use every substance and power that God has given you to bring His will to bear upon earthly realm, therefore making the coming of the Kingdom a reality.
PRAYER
My Father, My Maker, empower me to hasten the coming of the spread of your kingdom, in Jesus name.
