TIPS TO OVERCOME SLEEP OR TIREDNESS DURING VIGIL OR ALL NIGHT

1. Fasting to the vigil, don't eat at all, fasting kills "sleep"

2. I have eating already, what then must I do, stop eating immediately, by 4pm, stop all eating but drink more water, not coke, sprite, yoghurt, drink a lot of Water to quicken your digestion, your smartness and alertness will resurrect

3. Have an Expectations, get a list of Expectations written down, don't attend a night vigil without an expectations card/record

4. Attend a Vigil to get the remaining ones by your pastors
